Weaving spiders come not here

Does doing nothing make anybody else tired? Is that statement as irritating to others as I think it sounds?

Today was the first game of the playoffs for United, which is the architectural softball league I play in during the summer. We lost, so consequently it was also the last game. I would love to say we put up a fight, but that would be a bold-faced lie. We were slaughtered. Fortunately our team supports the "you loose, you booze" movement and we all went out to a bar in the South Side to participate heartily. Let me take this opportunity to preemptively apologize for spelling errors.

Speaking of licentiousness: Tomorrow (Wednesday) I'll be playing socialite hostess at the Potluck Part Deaux at Casa de la UnoDosTres so if you're in the area, feel free to stop by. In addition to mixing languages in one sentence, I'll be making spinach lasagna and providing (some) beer. We'll be hanging out on the porch enjoying the weather/some tunes/each others company. And if you feel so inclined, you are more than welcome to help yourself to a parting gift, there are still several items on my list here folks. It's not peer pressure, it's just your turn.
