Google chrome and an O-prah faux pas

Today I downloaded Google Chrome which is more Web 2.0 than I am ready to handle. But with the upsurge of technology in my life, I am reading the owners manual, readin' the blogs and doing my bestest to get a handle on it. I also downloaded Remember the Milk, which is this tasking manager that is both web based (as in it will send you email reminders, text messages, carrier pigeon, smoke signal...) and application based so I can use it like a post-it note on my desktop. And anybody who knows me knows how much I enjoy post-it notes.

And while I was online Carmee pointed me to an article that called out a Women's GOP movement to ban Oprah. What would call middle-class, middle-American women to such action? Winfrey declined having Sarah Palin on her daytime talk show after having Barak Obama and his wife on earlier. I'm not really sure what your issue is, Women's GOP movement. It's a talk show, it comes on before Dr. Phil. During an interview with Carlson on Crossfire, Jon Stewart, who hosts a political talk show poked fun at the very nature of what he does joking "The show that leads into me is puppets making crank phone calls." Stewart is honest about who he is and what his show is, and people who watch the Oprah Show should be honest with themselves about what it is, or isn't in this case. Oprah runs a talk show, whose main goal is to give away free stuff and clap about shit lit. Like she's pointed out before, she don't have to eat red meat if she don't want to.
